Our highly trained professional trainers need to be able to limit the number of people in a class in order to ensure that each and every client gets the best service possible. Walk ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee you a class without an appointment.

When you are on the Power Plate, your muscles contract reflexively at a rate of 25-50 times per second as a result of the vibrating platform.
